Raphaël Millet was born in 1970. A graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies, he obtained a DEA in political science at the University of Paris I La Sorbonne, as well as a DEA in film studies at the University of Paris III. He writes in various magazines and publishes several books on cinema. Since 2008, he has devoted himself to production and directing. He lives half the year in Singapore, an island-city-state which he therefore knows very well.
