“I wanted to do show people what is really happening in Syria. It is an injustice and a crime from both the regime and the islamists. I worked very much to show in a simple matter how Syrian population deals with revolution, war and the silence of the International community. People lie to Syrians. That’s why I talk to the people. I am both happy and sad concerning this Photography exhibit : I am glad to show the reality, but also very sad because of the destruction of my country. One can see rubbles and martyrs in my pictures. Many people asked me my favorite picture and I always said ‘None”, since life’s depiction in my pictures is harsh and painful”.
