Leo Kadigbak began his career as a freelance writer, editor, producer and director for television in the mid-1980s. He established the ABS Film Archive in 1994 and later took on roles in content acquisition and programming for the broadcast channels of ABS and Studio 23. He was chief of staff in the president's office when he launched ABS-CBN Film Restoration. Now a consultant, he oversees the defense of Sagip Pelikula and the restoration efforts of ABS-CBN.
