KM Taj-Biul Hasan is a filmmaker, cinematographer and researcher. He holds a bachelor's degree in zoology and a master's degree in fisheries from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Out of passion, he turned to audiovisual and obtained a diploma in photography in Dhaka and film making in New Delhi. In 1992, he joined the Bangladesh Film and Publication Department. It produces educational programs. Today, he is attached to Dhrupad Communication as a media consultant. Many of his films have won awards around the world.
