Jean-Louis Carmeau, organizes many masterclasses for Liège's Cultural Affairs Service. He organized many, many, many screenings during the golden era of ciné-clubs (1960-1990). He was also director and president of several film festials and other cinematographic events, as well as a president of several cultural centers.
