Teresa KWONG was born in Hong Kong. she is a promoter, curator and producer for film and media arts. Currently the Programme director of the Hong Kong Arts Centre, she has been leading the ifva (Incubator for Film and Visual media in Asia) in the last decade and committed to nurture the next generation of Asian talents in creative media.Netpac member since 2001, she participated in many film festivals and has been member of NETPAC Jury in Vesoul in 2008.
