Nguyen Van Ky, historian, author of La société vietnamienne face à la modernité (L'Harmattan, 1992, 432 p. / Vietnamese society vs modernity) is in charge of History and civilisation classes at Inalco. He is very fond of Asian movies and more particulary any kind of movie which puts manking against forces of Nature, in good and bad ways.
