Intervention :
Huang Hin-Yao was born in 1973 in Tainan, in Taiwan. He graduated from the Graduate Institute of Documentary & Film Archiving, TNNUA, and obtained a Master of Fine Art in 2005. He is one of the three members of the Executive Council of the Union of Documentary Documents from Taipei from 2006 to 2013. It mainly runs documentaries. His first fictional film is a short film, Da Fo which he then developed in a feature film, The Great Buddha +.
