Emmanuel Véron

Emmanuel Véron, geographer and sinologist, he is interested in modern China's society and space evolutions. After being employed by Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, he currently teaches China's geography and geopolitics at Inalco. He is working on a thesis about evolution between big cities and countryside after massive tourism in smaller towns. In 2014, he codirected the Asian Week (China-Japan-South Korea) at ENS in Paris. Emmanuel organizes many seminars, workshops and conferences during whole year in France.
