Chandrasekhar Chatterjee, was born in Kolkata, India. He teaches Bengali at Inalco. Doctorate in Compared Litterature, he attended many times VIFFAC over the years. He supervised Bengali director Nemai Ghosh's interview, as well as another one with Satyajit Ray's personal photographer. During the 8th VIFFAC, he also interviewed Martine Armand, Indian movies specialist and personal assistant of Satyajit Ray. In 2003, he helped on interview of a Sinhalese director.
