A Japanese ornithologist explains how the crow, the master of Tokyo, knows the city much better than man, and knows how to adapt to such an urban environment. How to solve the problem of space in Tokyo, the largest agglomeration in the world? In Tokyo, not even a centimeter square is lost, and atypical constructions rise in between urban spaces. These spaces give us a different vision of the city which is filled with singular architectures and people living in the city in a different way. Meeting architects allow us to discover how man can adapt to an ultra-dense urban space, just as animals do. Living in a reduced space has a great influence on the life of the inhabitants. The Japanese way of life also influences the conception of the tiny spaces where people live.
The choice of including fiction elements in the documentary gives original aspect in this discovery of an intelligent architecture.
