Ashok Thapa Magar is a Nepalese director living in Kathmandu. He grew up in India, before moving to Nepal to complete his studies. After starting with South Korean company MEDIA ACT, he worked for Migrant Workers Television. He has directed several internationally-rewarded documentaries such as Buried in Tears, The Korean Dream, Dream and Reality and Oh Han River Heed My Story.
